Should never be marked as a 4* hotel

  Liked: Great location

Disliked: This is not a 4* hotel by any means. Tiny rooms, thin walls, no conditioner in the bathroom, 1 towel for two guests, coffee machine with no coffee. The pictures are really misleading.

Fantastic. Will stay here again next time we’re in Paris. Staff and service were exceptional

Liked: Absolutely loved the styling and the charming staff. They looked after us so well and did so many thoughtful things to make us feel welcome and looked after during our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel and the location.

  Would not stay here again

Liked: Breakfast was good, location was good. It was not as noisy as I thought it would be since it's on a busy street.

Disliked: Rooms were dark, way too small. The decor was shabby, there was no charm at all. My toilet was in a closet not attached to the main bathroom. There were hairs (not mine) in the bathtub after one day's cleaning. The room had an overpowering use of fragrance and cleaning materials everyday. The front desk staff smoked outside the hotel with the doors open and the smell overpowered the lobby. The lobby is small and convoluted.
