Anbefaler hotellet!

Liked: Stay was comfortable but service needs attention. My daughter left a book in the room and when she came back to collect her bag the member of staff simply did not entertain that the book had been left and they didn’t have it and couldn’t look for it. It was the same colour as the bedside table and might have been missed by the cleaners - they could have some attempt to try but very abrupt and said nothing could be done. Disappointing end to a nice stay. Some customer service training possibly required.
