  Great location in Tidy Hotel

  Great location and staff, but housekeeping and management need improvement

  Liked: The location was excellent — very convenient for getting around Paris. The breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast staff were wonderful and attentive. The staff at check-in were also friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: The room I was originally assigned was larger, but I was moved to a different room because the original room hadn’t been cleaned yet. I can understand that. However, when I entered the new room, I found that the toilet had not even been cleaned or flushed. This clearly showed that the room had not been properly cleaned before I was given access to it. This is simply unacceptable. I also had another unpleasant experience at checkout. The female receptionist asked me whether I had paid the city tax. I explained that I had already paid it when I checked in, but she did not believe me and insisted that the hotel’s system showed it as unpaid. Fortunately, a male staff member who had handled my check-in happened to appear a little later. When I pointed to him and explained that I had paid the tax to him, he confirmed that I had indeed paid it. Thanks to his confirmation, I was not charged for the tax a second time. If that male staff member had not happened to show up, I might have been forced to pay the same tax twice. This is absolutely unacceptable. The hotel should have proper payment records and ensure that accurate information is shared among its staff. Furthermore, I booked an airport shuttle through the hotel. I was quoted 70 euros for the return trip to the airport, so I went ahead and made a reservation. However, when I arrived at the airport, I was charged 110 euros instead. This is completely unacceptable. I don’t know whether this is normal in Paris, but I’m sorry to say that I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. I sincerely hope the hotel takes these complaints seriously and makes the necessary improvements for the sake of future guests.

  Great stay in a comfortable clean room. Good location and very friendly staff. Would stay again

  Liked: Location was great. The room we had had a small balcony which got the evening sun and a small view of Notre Dame. The staff were very friendly and there was a good storeroom for our bags before check in and after check out. Would be very happy to go back again

  Will book again in the future

  Liked: They upgraded our room to the first floor and two beds. They gave us a wine bucket, ice and Glasses. Super staff and quite friendly. We had a nice stay!
