  Excellent location, great service and good value

  Liked: The location, staff and value.

  Disliked: May be a bit of an issue for summer visit since there is no air conditioning, however, the room has a Dyson fan.

  Great location

  Liked: The location is fantastic. Easy walking distance to lots of major attractions. Tons of really good local restaurants. Reception was very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: The rooms are a bit dated. Could use some modernization. Lift is locked after hours so for a 5am checkout I had to carry very heavy bags down the stairs. Breakfast was nice but only one person was running around doing everything so you couldn't easily order. There were lots of pastries and other things to eat so it's fine. A bit pricey but I guess that's just Paris prices. Overall I felt safe and loved the location so it was worth it.

  We really enjoyed our stay at your comfortable hotel and interacting with your kind staff

  Liked: The location was especially good - we walked each day with a bus, here and there, to see many of the sights of Paris. We were not concerned at all about safety, even while strolling at night. The staff was exceedingly helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good and there were many choices. The hotel had elegance and charm, the room felt comfortable and cozy to relax in.

  Disliked: The two things I would suggest is that the coffee machines should make hotter coffee. It also would have been nice if coffee was offered self-serve during the day without a bar charge of 14 euros. Many lesser hotels offer this.

  Everything about this hotel was excellent

  Liked: Old World charm. Excelllent accommodating staff, fantastic breakfast buffet.

  Disliked: Had difficulty figuring out how to get the old world windows to close completely

  This is a great hotel at the great location

  Liked: The hotel is well preserved and at the fantastic location. Staff is so kind and helpfull. Room cleaning is outstanding, i can say "second to none" for a long period of time. Braekfast is average but good enough. We will be back. (i wish they had a/c)
