Liked: A wonderful hotel in a great location. Everything was very clean. I would especially like to highlight the reception team. The service provided by the ladies at the front desk was among the best I have ever experienced. All our requests, and even more than we had expected, were handled with exceptional professionalism and care. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Disliked: There are some minor issues with soundproofing at the hotel, but given the age of the building, I believe this is a common issue in Paris.

Liked: The staff, area, and safety of the property

Disliked: The bed was pretty hard for our liking. We were so hot every night because they had the air system on heat and could not switch to cold. They told us to open the window to get air moving but it was raining every day. Wet cold air is what our room consist of. The staff was extremely kind. Pretty nice breakfast and bar options. I loved that we had a bath tub! Also the room was pretty spacious for Europe!
