  Liked: The location was perfect for holiday, the property interior was amazing, the proximity to shopping was excellent

  Disliked: I dont like the room space for the value of money. Its not a family hotel setting, its best for individuals and couples. The lobbies are too spacious while the rooms lack space.

  Aurora’s attention to detail was inspiring from the room orientation to every light switch and to room feature to her 2-

  Liked: Staff from the moment we checked in with Marina to Aurora not a moment passed when we walked by staff all greeted us with a friendly hello. Aurora’s personalized tour explaining the history was truly amazing.

  We enjoyed the ambience. The location was spectacular for our needs. We will stay there again!

  Liked: The breakfasts were outstanding! The setting was lovely and the food was very good - good selection and good presentation. The staff was efficient and polite. We did have a little problem one morning with 2 of the 3 entrees being served before the 3rd, with no explanation. However, the issue was resolved. The room had been decorated with a few framed photos of my granddaughters that I was asked to send ahead of time. That was a very thoughtful touch, which we all enjoyed.

  Disliked: I wasn’t too certain about how all of the buttons, including the lighting in the room, worked. That might have been made a little clearer. We were tired from traveling, so I’m not sure when the best time to give the instructions would be.
