  Helpful staff made us feel welcome! Close to metro!

  Liked: The reception was very welcoming and helpful, especially Nina who took pictures of me and my daughter. We were greeted with fresh macarons in the room. Close to metro and Luxembourg gardens.

  Disliked: Construction happening across the street, and I wasn’t informed beforehand or I would have picked a different location. Also, hotel is listed as “having a view,” which was important to me and I filtered my search and paid a bit more for it. But there was no view, as I was facing a building undergoing daily construction. I considered complaining to concierge about it, but since I was traveling with my young daughter I didn’t feel motivated to move rooms, let alone hotels once we were settled. Only in retrospect did I see this as problematic. Breakfast room was nicely designed. Breakfast foods could have been much fresher in my opinion, some of the fruit seemed wilted. I’ve had better in less expensive hotels.

  Good value in a great Paris location

  Liked: Location. Close to major attractions and transportation. On a side street which was quiet. AC worked well. Room had 2 closets, one with hangers and one with shelves. Safe was in one closet. Nespresso machine and kettle plus mini fridge. Towels were ample size and fluffy. Staff were super helpful.

  Disliked: There was a step up into the shower which I found difficult especially with no pull bars. My partner had to help me in and out. No storage in the bathroom.

  Wonderful!

  Liked: The hotel was perfect for my daughter and I for a 5 night first time visit to Paris. We loved the location just off Boulevard St Germain and an easy walk to Luxembourg Gardens and Pont Neuf. Our room was spacious and comfortable and very cool in the summer heatwave. We highly recommend. Breakfast was also wonderful.
