  All staff are nice, especially Alejandro he welcome us nicely

  Liked: I like the property because staff are nice and closer to the train station.

  Disliked: Too small, I don’t like room the bed facing toilet( opening the toilet your face is facing it) and it’s noisy.

  Lovely staff, excellent breakfast

  Liked: Excellent breakfast and very help serving staff Excellent receptionist on our arrival after an unexpected flight divertion, resulting in an overnight bus transfer and late arrival, by 10 hours Tea, coffee in our room

  Disliked: I had to keep asking for top ups to the milk, tea and sugar in our room. A minor inconvenience.

  Great Hotel with Great Value

  Liked: I enjoyed that the staff took great care of me. This includes all the reception staff, housekeeping, and kitchen (even though I did not take advantage of their breakfast). The room was wonderful as it had a nice view out the balcony. Ear plugs were even provided to sleep soundly each evening since property is right next to train station.

  Disliked: The only complaint (which really does not constitute as one) would be the property was renovating their lobby area which forced all patrons to enter/leave through a side door, which was very tight quarters. But again, it was not that big of a deal to me.

  Will never ever stay there again

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: Its not similar to the pictures, the rooms are far away of the pictures, the rooms definitely need renovations and the whole hotel, with the same budget and less, several options are available, more modern, more fresh and definitely similar to the pictures they are showing

  The staff are helpful. The overall experience is okay with facilities for improvement

  Liked: The staff at front desk are enthusiastic and helpful.

  Disliked: Facilities have room for improvement. The bath room is too tight, and the toilet is not installed good enough. Air condition is running smoothly, which is good. The hotel as a whole is a kind of noisy during daytime due to the specific location very near rail way, which is unchangeable. But in the nighttime, noise faded away as trains ceased to run.
