  Small room, even smaller bathroom

Liked: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Disliked: The room was very small, but the bathroom was tiny, tiny. The space between the toilet and the wall was about 7 inches. I had to sit sideways on it. It was also about 5 inches away for the tiny shower which is about 15 inches from the floor.

Excellent location. Spotlessly clean. Good value

Liked: The hotel is very close to Montparnasse station with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby - but still in a quiet area in the evening. The room and shower room were spotless. The desk was manned 24 hours. Excellent value for money - in Paris!

  Amazing

Liked: Due to the train cancellation, we had less time in Paris than originally planned, but the staff went above and beyond to make our trip worthwhile. From giving us directions and recommending the best photo spots to checking that we were comfortable with our rooms, they were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Their kindness really made a difference, and we’re very grateful for their excellent service!

  Disliked: Nothing

  Very unpleasant reception staff

Liked: The location. Near to bus and metro station.

Disliked: The reception staff. Very unpleasant. And the only staff I had to encounter (2 female staff). Not a smile on the face. Almost like being not happy or not knowing how to welcome a customer. Check in was at 2 PM. Arrived at 1:45 PM and made me wait at the lobby until the clock chimed 2 to start the check in process although the room was available to check in.
