Liked: The location. Close to Eiffel Tower and right next to metro 6 stop. Also very close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Disliked: Dear Hotel Team, I was extremely disappointed with my stay at your hotel. I am considering making a TikTok video on my social media account to share my experience and explain why I would not recommend your hotel to others. During my visit, I felt extremely disrespected and as though I was being laughed at indirectly. I had to stand and wait for over an hour just to pay the deposit, even though everything had already been paid for online and the only additional payment required was the deposit. I also felt that I was laughed at several times. The room we received was completely different from the room shown in the photos. Other rooms appeared to match the pictures, but ours did not. Furthermore, our room was cold and had no heating. The staff member who assisted us, a man with a bald head and glasses, made the entire situation unnecessarily difficult and complicated. Initially, he refused to let us pay in cash, but later cash payment was apparently possible. He even made sarcastic comments suggesting that I could pay with diamonds, which I found humiliating, especially in front of other people. I felt that he was treating me disrespectfully and acting as though he could order me around however he wanted. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I intend to leave a very negative review and share a TikTok video explaining why I would strongly advise others against staying at your hotel. I hope you take this complaint seriously and address the way your guests are treated. Kind regards

  Paris Hotel

  Liked: The staff was nice

Disliked: The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to move around the bed and no adequate storage for our suitcases. Additionally, the room was uncomfortably hot, and we were unable to adjust the temperature from within the room. When we contacted the front desk, we were advised to open the window. However, doing so further restricted the already limited space, making it difficult to move from one side of the room to the other. Unfortunately, opening the window did not improve the temperature, and the room remained uncomfortably hot throughout our stay. Overall, the lack of space, insufficient storage, and inability to adequately regulate the room temperature significantly impacted our comfort.
