Liked: The staff were super friendly and helpful! They made our honeymoon trip feel special and memorable. The room was clean and comfortable. Walkable to a metro and the neighbourhood felt safe.

Lovely traditional, smaller hotel in central Paris close to shops, restaurants and transport

Liked: This is a lovely traditional Paris Hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful and the location is great between the Champs Elysées and the river.

Disliked: The rooms are very small which made it somewhat difficult to put our bags and other things and move around with 2 people. Our room wasn’t serviced till 2 days into our stay when I requested and after that was great.

Liked: I stayed for one night and was very happy with my experience. The hotel was very clean, which I really appreciated, and its location close to the city centre made it a convenient base for visiting Paris. It was perfect for my short stay, and I would happily stay here again.

Disliked: Nothing. A very enjoyable overnight stay in a clean, well-located hotel close to the centre of Paris.

Disliked: ⭐ 1 star Extremely disappointing experience. The receptionist was incredibly arrogant, rude and completely unprofessional. From the moment we interacted with him, his attitude was disrespectful and made us feel very uncomfortable as guests. I have stayed in many hotels, and I have never experienced such poor customer service from a member of reception staff. There is absolutely no excuse for speaking to guests or treating them in this manner. The hotel seriously needs to look at the way its guests are treated and provide proper customer service training to its staff. Unfortunately, the behaviour of this receptionist completely ruined our experience, and I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience.

Poor - rude- and not worth my money and time

Liked: The staff was extremely arrogant - the receptionist (male) was almost like a parody of an arrogant french/parisian male. He would barely speak to me when I asked him about issues concerning the hotel. The breakfast was very very POOR (no coffee at all).

Disliked: The staff at the hotel. They also gave us false information about the parking lot (a parking house near the hotel).
