  Pleasant with some much needed improvements to the sleeping arrangements

  Liked: The design is modern and very aesthetic. It is in a good location right by the train station which made travelling around the city easy and fun. The staff were helpful and polite.

  Disliked: Our bed was 2 singles joined together as opposed to a double bed. The duvet cover had 2 single duvets inside a double duvet cover which meant sleeping was uncomfortable. They also put a double bedsheet on 2 single beds which made sleeping uncomfortable as the beds would separate and we would fall in the middle. The beds also moved around the room as they were not affixed to anything.

  A peaceful retreat in the heart of Paris

  Liked: An amazing hotel near Gare de l’Est. Everything was perfect. The spa was relaxing, and the staff member looking after it was very attentive and helpful. The rooms were clean and offered a peaceful retreat in the heart of Paris.

  Disliked: My only concern was the lack of a handrail at the steps leading into the small pool in the spa. The steps were a little slippery, and there is a risk of scraping your leg, as I did, or falling. This makes access difficult for people with reduced mobility.

  Amazing hotel and amazing spa

  Liked: From check in to leaving the experience was exceptional the staff went above and beyond to do whatever they could and this hotel is in a great location with great transport links and the spa facility is amazing. The rooms are very modern and the beds are very comfortable. Overall would highly recommend this hotel.

  Liked: Reception staff were very friendly and helpful Rooms were very quiet which was surprisingly good given the hotel is located at a busy intersection. Proximity to Gare Du Norde to facilitate easy transfer to CDG airport. Great eating options in easy walking distance

  Disliked: Neighbourhood seemed to have alot of people loitering. No safety concerns during my stay, but it seemed a neighbourhood that requires increased vigilance to ensure safety

  Liked: The hotel is really nice and clean. The staff was helpful and the train station being close by made moving around easy.
