Guest reviews
Very good
Great location, room could be more clean
Great location and good value for money
Liked: Excellent location! Place d’Italie metro station is just a one-minute walk away, making it very easy to get around Paris. The area feels safe and has plenty of Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants nearby. I also found a lovely pâtisserie nearby with good pastries at reasonable prices. Overall, a very convenient location for exploring Paris!
Disliked: The staff were generally helpful but not particularly friendly. The room is small but that's understandable given how expensive accommodation is in Paris.
Liked: Good location
Excellent location and welcoming reception, but the stay was marred by the broken air conditioning, the bathroom floodin
Liked: The hotel's location is excellent, close to everything and very practical for getting around, in addition to the reception staff being cordial and attentive throughout the stay. However, the experience inside the room fell short.
Disliked: Despite the courteous reception and the privileged location, the stay was quite uncomfortable due to the lack of maintenance and faults in the room. We were placed in an accessible room without request, whose bathroom sink simply could not drain, causing constant flooding. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was broken, making the environment stifled. The arrangement of the furniture is also problematic: there is an disproportionate lamp/sconce fixed just above the headboard, in which it is inevitable to hit the head when moving on the bed. It is urgent to review the maintenance of the equipment (air and plumbing) and reconsider the positioning of the lamps to ensure the basic safety and comfort of the guests.
Nice place would stay again
Liked: Nice hotel in a good location, plenty places to eat Close to metro
Liked: Good location, confortable bed.
Disliked: Not very clean. The shower is falling apart, doors does not close properly and it is very tiny. Can be difficult for someone to enter in it. The shower mat was dirty. I didn't have to cook, but pans are in a very bad state which I would have not liked to use.
