  Liked: We had a wonderful experience during our three-night stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional hospitality and kindness of the entire staff. Both the daytime and nighttime reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They were always happy to assist us with any questions and provided helpful information about the surrounding area, including nearby attractions, restaurants, and places to visit. Their recommendations made it much easier for us to explore the city. The housekeeping staff were equally wonderful. They were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, even assisting us with our luggage, which we truly appreciated. The hotel itself was beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. Its central location made it very convenient to get around, and it was easy to find. Another great feature was the complimentary access to ice-cold water, tea, and coffee 24 hours a day, which was a lovely touch. We also appreciated having staff available at reception throughout the night, ensuring that there was always someone to assist us whenever needed. This made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The outstanding service, friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, and excellent location made our stay truly enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city and would absolutely love to stay here again!

  Good hotel value for money. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom had recently been renovated

  Liked: Location close to Gare du Nord and Metro.

  Disliked: A little tired in places but staff were friendly and helpful. Renovations are in progress but didn’t impact on our stay.

  Great option for families

  Liked: Great location Good price Rooms are designed smartly to maximise space Right next to the excellent Marché Couvert St Quentin and Chez Marius restaurant

  Disliked: Someone got stuck in the lift and banged on the doors for hours (I thought it was someone trying to get into a room during the night)

  Perfect hotel close to Gare du Nord

  Liked: As I’ve said before we stay here to be close to Gare du Nord and it is perfect for that. Really friendly, clean and well run for an excellent breakfast.

  Disliked: Nothing except a broken lift but we were kindly helped with our luggage.

  Clean, good value hotel, in a great location for Eurostar and really good breakfast buffet choice

  Liked: The breakfast buffet choice was excellent, the best I have experienced in a budget Paris hotel. Great location for arrival at Gare de Nord, hotel about 15 minutes walk, and Gare de l'Est metro is about 5 minutes from the hotel with one ride on Line 4 that takes you into the centre. Room was spacious and clean. We also liked the hospitality table in reception, that included cold water refill (still or sparkling) for your water bottle. As a bonus, great and remarkedly good value sushi restaurant just along the road from the hotel. Would highly recommend if you like sushi.

  Disliked: During our three nights stay, a few things ran out on the breakfast buffet (muesli and breakfast tea) and were not replaced. The cold buffet items were good quality, but the hot options less so. Scrambled eggs were tasteless, bacon very fatty and sausages tasted like 90%+ cereal. Most diners, unsurprisingly, did not bother with the hot food. The great breakfast choice is spoilt by poor stock control and poor quality hot options.

  Disliked: The electric sockets were sparking Bathroom taps and gutter making noises Toilet seat half loose / coming off One bottle on bath tub not sure if it was shower or bath or mixed and it's pump not working No milk available for tea drinkers
