  Liked: Absolutely terrible hotel management. They refused to show any compassion during a serious family medical emergency. Extremely poor customer service. I strongly recommend staying away from this hotel.

  Disliked: ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! Despite serious security concerns surrounding the Paris demonstrations, this hotel refused to cancel and refund my booking. The staff were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. In my experience, they behaved like scammers, caring only about taking people’s money rather than their guests’ safety. I also felt that booking through Booking.com left me with no support or flexibility, almost as if I were being punished for using the platform. ZERO COMPASSION, ZERO CONCERN FOR GUEST SAFETY, AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!

  Liked: Everything was spotless, modern, and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location couldn’t have been better! There was a metro entrance right around the corner on Champs Elysees, making it super easy to explore Paris. Another great bonus was Moka, a delicious brunch spot right across from the hotel that we really enjoyed! experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris and would happily stay here again. A solid 10/10!
