  Lovely boutique hotel in a fantastic location

  Liked: Location, lovely boutique hotel, staff was great, rooms were nice and clean and breakfast was good.

  Disliked: Nothing really. Pillows could have been better.

  Disliked: Lack of flexibility around rebating a night when we arrived in the middle of the recent riot and could not enter the city centre. This was a force majure event yet they still imposed a strict not refund for that night.

  Restful, luxurious and sweet

  Liked: The lobby was very welcoming and beautiful, the receptionist at the desk was so kind, friendly and accommodating to our requests. The room is very comfortable, and room-service did an impeccable job at making the room look as good as new.

  Disliked: I have only one issue that hotels in Paris cannot really help, and its the size of the room.

  Location, hotel and staff all 10/10

  Liked: Amazing location right next to Eiffel Tower, the staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond. The hotel and rooms were immaculate and the bed was so comfy, I had the best nights sleep. Could not fault this place and would highly recommend!

  Amazing hotel to stay in Paris

  Liked: I really liked the property. The location was excellent, very close to the Eiffel Tower. The property was clean and well maintained, and the reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
