  Worst experince ever

  Disliked: Shortly after booking, the situation in my home region escalated and travel became nearly impossible. I contacted the hotel to cancel, but they were very uncooperative and said the events had started earlier, so they weren't responsible.( attached response) I travelled anyway, and the experience was poor from check-in onward: • No help with luggage. I had 6 bags and the elevator only fits two bags plus one person(attached), so I made more than six trips up and down on my own. • Room cleaning is only every 3 days. Daily cleaning costs extra, which is not what you expect from a 4-star hotel. • When I asked for extra water at night, reception told me there was no room service available and I had to come down to get it myself. • A group of people gathered across from the hotel day and night drinking alcohol. The noise kept us awake, and the area didn't feel safe for walking. • After 4 days, the crisis in my region worsened, including an attack on the airport, and I urgently needed to return home. I asked to cancel my remaining nights, and once again the hotel refused to cooperate. Overall: If you're looking for service that matches the price and a relaxing trip, I would not recommend this hotel.

  Every staff was cooperative and courteous. Our request for extended check out was accepted and without payment of Euro 2

  Liked: Proximity to the Metro / Bus Station is the key highlight. The hotel is in a safe locality.

  Disliked: The lift is quite old and doesn’t suit the 4 star status of the hotel

  Would definitely return

  Liked: Very quite and clean room. Hotel is close to Gare du Nord making it a very convenient location. The lady on reception was very helpful and spoke excellent English, which is good as my French is poor
