  Overall, a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Paris. Great for a weekend getaway

  Liked: Great location. Beautifully designed Kind staff. Amazing scented bath products.

  Disliked: Pocket door between bedroom and bathroom kept getting stuck inside the wall which limited privacy.

  Liked: Pretty much everything. Excellent staff. A lovely bottle of wine left in my room.

  Disliked: After being a customer for five years, I was disappointed that they wouldn't waive a cancellation fee. It happened only once.

  I highly recommend

  Liked: The stuff is really kind and helpful. I loved the decoration how clean the place. they are very fast in responding. service overall good experience. The lady at the desk, I don’t know her name, but she was wonderful.
