  I’d stay again

  Liked: Staff was wonderful, can’t beat the location if you want to visit the Lourve.

  Disliked: It’s basic, no real amenities. Wear and tear shoes a bit.

  It's Paris, so high prices for small rooms is the norm. But location and staff were very good

  Liked: Great location, good breakfast, very helpful staff.

  Disliked: Room was tiny; bathroom was tiny. The bathroom had no ventilation so towels never get dry. The space is very cramped for two people.

  Perfect Parisian weekend getaway hotel

  Liked: We got the room upgrade and l was more than pleased having in mind the pregnancy condition. The room was spacious, the Staff was super kind and happy to accommodate all my requests. The location is excellent.

  Disliked: There was a hiccup in booking and transferring the money but all good resolved thanks to Staff.

  Grubby carpets, need to be replaced

  Liked: Rooms, facilities and location. Some staff were very helpful.

  Disliked: The carpets in the bedrooms, are grubby and stained. The table in the bedroom is chipped on the edge and should be replaced. The reception staff promised to deal with my queries, yet it took 48hrs and raising my problems with several different staff before a manager contacted me. The ironing service was 48hrs late. I had to buy new clothes to wear. I was offered a better room, but the carpet was just as grubby as the room l was in. The manager accepts that my queries were justified, and offered an apology. The manager also said that the carpets would be replaced within the next month. I paid for a superior room, but I don't think I got one. I don't think it's 4 star rating is justified. The lift is tiny, says maximum 4 people, but I just about fit with my suitcase.

  Perfect for a short stay in Paris!

  Liked: The property had excellent air conditioning, and given the heat wave at the time of our stay it was most welcomed. There was only two rooms on our floor (both of which we had occupied), which left our stay very private. The hotel was quiet and the staff were very amenable. We were granted but he earlier access and late departure at no extra cost. The location was perfect with many lovely places to dine nearby.

Please note that the hotel does not accept checks for payment.

Any booking with a prepayment, the credit card used for the booking will be required at guest arrival at the hotel. Otherwise a new payment will be made at check-in with the credit card presented.

The "health pass" consists of the presentation, digital or paper, including any type of vaccine recognized by the World Health Organization, of a valid health proof among the 3 following options:

· Certificate of a complete and valid vaccination (including post-vaccination delay)

· Negative test of fewer than 72 hours old (PCR or antigenic test or self-test carried out under medical supervision)

People who have not been vaccinated but have presented a negative PCR, antigen test or self-test will have to renew it every 72 hours to access our areas, including bars, restaurants, pools, and spas.
