  Incredibly Enjoyable!

  Liked: Spacious room (suite) for 3 people. Very clean and comfortable. In a great location within walking distance to great restaurants, shops and bars. The staff were extremely helpful. Overall a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

  Not worth the price

  Disliked: Didn’t feel safe in my room, no key required to access the lift. (Yes there are reception staff available however reading other reviews my concerns were valid considering staff have been found sleeping on the sofa at night and another individual had their room robbed with a stolen key card.) Someone opened my door while I was in the shower at mid day, no knock with do not disturb on the handle (room had already been made up that morning not sure what the need was to come inside.) Returned to room on another occasion with an unknown male in the room who staff later advised they were changing something on the door. No attempt to let me know this was happening prior. This is an unsettling feeling as a solo female traveller. Odour from the drains. Noisy at night, I could hear the person in the room above me using the toilet in the middle of the night…

  A wonderful 3-night stay in a spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet hotel with a fantastic l

  Liked: We loved the location, with Metro Line 12 just a 5-minute walk away and so many great restaurants and boulangeries nearby. The bed was incredibly comfortable and felt much larger than a typical European queen. Both the room and bathroom were spotless, the rain shower had fantastic water pressure, and we were amazed at how quiet the hotel was!

  Disliked: The room was on the smaller side, but that's pretty typical for European hotels, and it honestly didn't bother us at all. We had everything we needed for our 3-night stay and really didn't have any complaints!

  As a returning guest I knew what to expect. Exceptional hotel staff who are very friendly and polite. They always say he

  Liked: Rooms are so lovely! Decor in the lobby is also very aesthetic and looks well thought out.

  Disliked: Rooms can become quite tight when unpacking luggage/not many places to store luggage. Drains can smell really bad at times.

  It was …. Fine

  Liked: The hotel is well located, with restaurants and shops nearby. Easy metro access.

  Disliked: It was … fine. The air conditioner kept defaulting to 23c, so our room was often uncomfortably warm. We asked for one extra pillow one evening, and were told they “ didn’t have any “. Late night front desk staff had a surly attitude. We had to beg for a second key. Had to ask numerous times for extra towels. The breakfast was … ok. No variety from day to day. Often seemed picked over at 9 am. Hotel itself nicely appointed. Room comfortable( aside from heat). I don’t know if I’d feel a need to return.
