For what they’re charging you, you can find much much better options

    Liked: Location and cleanliness

Disliked: It says it has AC but I should’ve trusted the reviews AC tends to be “not working” and one of the rooms barely had any even when it’s working. Expect electricity outages we had one almost everyday of our stay which was 6 nights. Also when I complained to the lady in reception, she said it wasn’t a big issue, refused to change my room and told me to message management as it’s not her fault. I did message them, and have not heard back since. I feel like electricity is crucial for a hotel stay, it was a hazard for anyone using the bathroom since it went completely dark in these outages and one day it was out 10am-3pm. Haven’t been compensated for anything or received an apology even. Also keep in mind their 24/7 customer service is questionable as whenever I requested something from the lady at the desk she would reply with “I’m sorry I’m alone here today, I cannot leave the desk” this included things like needing help with our bags etc.

    Do not book this hotel

    Liked: Only the location

Disliked: We received our room with an hour delay at 16:00 with no real apology. We reserve an executive room. No door between the room and the bathroom. No standing shower and difficult to stand in the bath since the ceiling was very low. Do not reserve this room it doesn’t worse the supplement. The minibar didn’t work.

If they solved the issue of airport taxi and brekafast staff i would give them 10/10

Liked: The hotel rooms was good and parisian vibe but,

Disliked: When i ordered a taxi for the airport they could not book any taxi for me they tried 45 minutes they did nothing. I was late for airport. The staff of breakfast is the same one ehich cleans the halls. And they are acting somehow rude.

Brilliant location, perfect room 5 mins walk to Printemps

Liked: Having stayed in two other areas of Paris (Marais and Latin Quarter) we wanted to try Hausman or Galleries Lafayette. All so different, but this area was just buzzing, so much to see, places to eat, things to do - we loved it. The hotel is a very short 5 min walk to Printemps, Galleries Lafayette and more. Easy to pop in and out of to drop things off or have a rest. So many restaurants, bars, breakfast places, you can sit and watch the world go by. The restaurant below was fun, great value and always alive. Down the side road are multiple others, one we ate at was just brilliant!

Disliked: The team at reception were professional and efficient but always felt a bit cold as you walk in and out. No one to assist with multiple bags - it's find you own way. If they warmed up, they could make this hotel into something really fabulous by engaging and helping guests that bit more. The room we had was as booked... 21m2, really nice, bright with two large windows opening onto the street below - brilliant.

    Absolutely amazing and well located

Liked: Close to the Galeries Lafayette and to stations making Paris easy to navigate, rooms were very clean and comfortable and toiletries and towels provided were all of good quality. The staff were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful, they held our luggage whilst we went round Paris even after we’d checked out.
