  The good, the bad and the deposit

  Liked: The bed was very comfy. There's a small coworking space. The locations is great.

  Disliked: You have to pay a deposit of 150€ - and you can't pay with your phone. I was there only for one night, so the deposit was almost 50% higher than the costs for the room itself. If they don't trust their guests they should either get insurance - or not run a hotel. And don't forget 5,50€ city tax for just one night. It's all blown out of proportion.

  Exceptional

  Liked: Very clean, small but very comfortable and cute place, awesome location to access multiple metro lines, close to all tourist attractions with short metro ride, a lot of restaurants, bars and bakeries, great staff.. highly recommend PiaPia if you come to Paris to have a great experience..

  Super friendly and clean hotel with great links to the metro all for a great price

  Liked: The staff here were amazing, the friendliest, in fact most helpful and caring we have ever encountered, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The hotel was quiet, very clean, stylish with plenty of space, fast WiFi and amazing value for money. Shops and restaurants are all walkable and there are great links to the city via Metro 1 and 9. The breakfast was nice with a slightly limited selection of food, but provided everything you need at great quality. We will most definitely be returning to this hotel. We stayed during exceptional times with Paris protest and the staff looked after us with such kindness.

  One of our best hotel stays in Paris—spotlessly clean, with excellent air conditioning, thoughtful

  Liked: Possibly the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Paris! Our room was immaculate, fresh and very well maintained, and the cleanliness throughout the property was excellent. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during some extremely hot summer days. We also loved the dedicated water refill station in the lobby—unlimited drinking water was such a thoughtful and practical touch. Luggage storage after checkout allowed us to enjoy our final hours in Paris. Even the shared lobby restrooms were spotless when we returned to collect our bags. The hotel is in a lovely area, around a six-minute walk from the nearest metro station, making exploring Paris easy. We would happily stay here again!

  Disliked: The room was compact, as is common in Paris, but this didn’t detract from an otherwise excellent stay. Nothing significant to fault.

  The hotel was decent and clean. Staff was friendly

  Liked: The hotel location is far from a lot of the sites to visit in Paris. But Booking.com messed up with our original reservation and did not really give us any better options so we ended up staying there. What an awful experience with Booking.com!

  Disliked: It was too far from the Eiffel Tower, Lourve, and a lot of the visiting sites.

  Small, clean and friendly place to stay and close to public transportation

  Liked: My daughter and I stayed at the Piapia hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. The people were friendly, there was a great breakfast you could purchase downstairs, and the beds were comfy. It’s so close to public transportation. I would recommend staying there when you visit Paris.

  Disliked: I can’t think of anything.
