  Thank you for making my stay a wonderful experience

  Liked: The location is excellent, between the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, with lovely bakeries nearby and everything within walking distance. The room was much smaller than I expected, and I seriously considered moving to another hotel despite my non-refundable booking. However, the reception team completely changed my mind. They were incredibly helpful, supportive, and always welcomed me with a smile. The housekeeping team was equally kind and friendly, and kept everything spotless. The staff made this a wonderful stay. I would happily return on my next trip to Paris because of them.

  Short Business Trip

  Liked: Location was great, walking distance to majority of the landmarks. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: We have booked executive room and from the photos we were expecting to have balcony hence we paid more, however when we arrived and checked in, our room did not have the balcony. When we questioned this with the reception we were told that during the booking we should have mentioned which colour of room we prefer to stay and mention the balcony too. We found very strange because photos were misleading and there was an ‘unwritten rule’ about the executive rooms which we did not know. Staff suggested if we want to change to another room we should let them know the next morning before 10:00am as one of the rooms with balcony will be available but we did not want to deal with unpacking and packing and changing rooms and stayed where we are originally allocated. Also in the room, toilet door does not shut close, it slides and it leave a big gap which is very uncomfortable as it does not provide proper privacy.
