Liked: The staff were incredibly helpful. We arrived early from Johannesburg, South Africa, and they kindly stored our luggage and checked us in two hours early. We were amazed by their hospitality. The hotel is in a perfect location—clean, cozy, very comfortable, close to the station, and within walking distance of major sights.

Disliked: I liked everything about this hotel.
