Liked: Good location..and friendly employees....however, it seems a bit of chaotically organized...first, they charged me to much for breakfast and later they corrected it. And then they called me because they said I didn't pay the breakfast... All In all, still a good hotel which needs some minor adoptions.

Disliked: There seems to be a hygiene issue...rooms were not as expected (chewing gum was on the shelf), and also in the bar, for three consecutive days we have observed a mouse in the bar area...

  Had a lovely stay

  Liked: Great, breakfast and hospitality.

Disliked: Our bedroom was changed around 11:30 am. Accidentally left my adapter and charging wire plugged in the room. On our return back late afternoon, we shared this information, however, it wasn’t found. The reception did give us a charging wire although our charger and adapter was a fast one.

Liked: I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in an excellent location, with all the main attractions within walking distance or easily accessible by metro or bus. Public transport stops are just a 5-minute walk away. The staff were very polite and friendly, and the room was cleaned every day. Highly recommended!

Good location, nice room, don't rely on some staff to help you out

Liked: The room was good, beds good, great to have plugs next to the bed on both sides, nice and clean, but shower awkward and we flooded the bathroom as the small glass wall is open at the bottom by 1/6 of an inch or so so it was difficult not to get water all over the place. We faced the inner courtyard where there was a water fountain which drowned out the noise of the city, nice! Just being very honest

Disliked: The staff at the front desk during the week were not helpful at all and ignore us and were rather irritated we were interrupting their conversation (even though we waited to be acknowledged). The two other front desk workers on our last day (Saturday) were very helpful and pleasant. (I wish I got their names to thank them) We didn't like that they don't help you at all with your bags and gave us a key to the bag storage room where everyones bags were. It didn't feel safe as anyone could just go through other peoples things without anyone knowing.
