  Could be cleaner. Friendly staff

Liked: The location is perfect, next to the Metro station

Disliked: The rooms were not too proper. They forgot to clean the room once. But they offered us to move to another one

Convenient location for arena and metro

Liked: Very close to the arena and metro station, breakfast was solid

Disliked: I booked a twin room and was given a double bed, after informing the receptionist she told me to wait in my room and someone will come, after 3 hours nobody arrived so I went down to ask again, another 30 minutes passed and someone finally came up. Not a huge deal but quite inconvenient and a waste of my time

  Liked: The location

Disliked: Only one elevator working in a high building. So it took forever to go up or down The bathroom was really old, and the lighting was bad
