We were very happy with the staff & location!

Liked: The location was excellent, very close to Rue Cler. Also, before we arrived I had some questions, and I got a very prompt reply.

Disliked: There was nothing to dislike. It rained every day so we did not use the outdoor patio.

Lovely hotel, great staff, beautiful location

Liked: location was exceptional for our party of 5 - but we chose the hotel for it's location initially. The staff at the hotel were wonderfully helpful, ordering taxis and sharing information with us was so easy. Breakfast staff were very caring and ensured everything was to our liking- breakfast was good and tasty.

Disliked: the information on the hotel website could have been more informative- it was only on our 3rd day that I was desperate for a hot drink when we asked if it would be possible to have a pot of hot water that they gave us a kettle and cups for the room! If they had said we could have them on request in their information, it would have made a good stay PERFECT!

  Coean and prooer 4* hotel

Liked: It’s a proper 4* hotel, stayed here 5 years ago and it’s as clean and in perfect condition as before. Good breakfast, but the same every day. Great location, safe and full of nice dining options.

Disliked: There is not kettle or coffee machine in the room. The same selection for breakfast every day.
