Liked: Reception Alberto was a master of hospitality and took great care to ensure my whirlwind stay was the best it could be. The breakfast was also excellent with homemade eggs and nice spread. Will return!

  Eu não recomendo

Liked: communication impossible! I left the hotel, took the subway and already tried to contact them because I forgot my glasses and my earphones... they don't answer the phone, they don't reply to emails, etc. I asked a French couple of friends to go there and they blamed the maid and the next guests and said it disappeared and they can't do anything... I don't recommend it!!!

Liked: This hotel was great, definitely recommended! They were able to accommodate a very early check in and were always very pleasant. It is located in a great area plus near metro and train station.

J'invite donc l'hôtel à me contacter pour cela.
