Liked: We liked everything about the hotel. The staff, the convenience, the location, and just the feeling of really having access to everything and it being a central point for us. Will return for sure.

Liked: Many cafes and stores within walking distance. Easy access to several Metro stops which was very convenient. The desk staff was super helpful though the cleaning person unplugged my stuff and replaced towels even when I didn’t request new towels (by leaving them on the floor)

Liked: Front desk staff Maria was very friendly and helpful. We needed to move from the 5th fl to the 2nd fl due to no cold water on the whole 5th floor on our 2nd day. Maria was able to move us to the same kind of the room we had reserved. AC didn't work at both rooms, temperture stayed the same no matter how high we changed it to. There was a hallow aera on the one side of the mattress at our 2nd room. My husband managed to stay away from that area but still not comfortable.

  Weekend in Paris

Liked: Smaller hotel but everything was perfect for my stay. I got a great deal on a Suite and it was perfect! I was surprised by the size of the room, and loved the amenities. I did not have breakfast at the hotel because I woke to the smell of an amazing bakery right next door. I will be back!
