  Liked: Great location. Very quiet room despite being next to lifts. Excellent blackout. Great nights sleep.

  Disliked: Cleaning rotas seem odd. We put the please clean our room out and returned about 4:30. The room had not been cleaned. Went to ask at the desk to be told that we’d put out the wrong instructions. We hadn’t. Cleaner was sent up but we couldn’t get into our room for at least half an hour and we weren’t offered a drink or anything. All seemed a bit fawlty towers tbh.

  Value for money, good service, close to transportation

  Liked: Everything went well, its very near to train station, breakfast is good, and the room is very clean. Since it was our 30th anniversary, Oliver (one of the staff) send a surprise to our room, it was very touching indeed.
