Great location, lovely room and very helpful friendly staff. Would recommend & stay again

Liked: Great location, closed to Luxembourg gardens. Decent sized room with sofa, desk with chair, Nespresso machine and mini fridge. Good bathroom with separate WC. Love their cosy lobby lounge, friendly and helpful staff who provided very good recommendations on restaurants and local attractions.

Disliked: Not much to dislike. The lift was out of order for a couple of hours but that was well communicated and appreciated.

  A wonderful discovery!

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly, the breakfast was very good, and the location was amazing, right across from the Jardin du Luxembourg and just a short walk from Odéon metro station. I would definitely stay here again!

Disliked: I found the Superior room a little small, but it wasn’t a surprise, as I was already aware of its size when I booked.

Overall, the stay was comfortable, the location was excellent, and the staff were friendly

Liked: The hotel was well located, and we got a large room.

Disliked: We requested two mattresses but got a sofa bed, which is never as comfortable as a regular bed. There was no fan in the bathroom.

Excellent location and breakfast, but the repeated nighttime fire alarms and poor response from management affected our

Liked: The location is excellent, close to Luxembourg Gardens and easy to explore Paris on foot. Breakfast was also very good.

Disliked: The fire alarm went off around 3:30 a.m. on two nights and woke us up. This was especially difficult while we were adjusting to the time difference. No one from the hotel proactively explained what had happened or apologized. After the second incident, we went to the front desk to ask for an explanation and a refund. We were offered a bottle of champagne, but the lack of communication and the repeated disruption were disappointing.
