  Lovely friendly staff, great location & a cosy, well-maintained room

  Liked: The room was comfortable and big for European standards, floor to ceiling juliet balcony, extra clean. L'Occitane toiletries were a pleasant surprise:) The hotel is located on a tranquil street, so bonus point for comfort.

  Disliked: The only downside - and this is a teeny weeny minor one - was that there was no mini fridge. My room could easily accommodate a tiny refrigerator, but alas..

  Parfait! A delightful, lovely hotel with great staff!

  Liked: It was as pictured, easy to find, in a convenient location. It was clean, was great size for 1 person. The staff were excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

  Disliked: The TV stations on the TV did not offer any English other than the news and there was no option to log into streaming services. However with personal devices and books, any down time I spent in the room was fine.

  it was very enjoyable, comfortable, convenient and I would stay again

  Liked: i love the location, in a quiet street, a historic area, and the Leonardo boutique hotel is simple but very chic, charming, very comfortable, with a nice breakfast. Staff not very visible but they were fine when I did see someone. It was very unfortunate that I was woken in the middle of the night by very noisy people in the next room... but that can happen anywhere.

  Disliked: noisy people in the next room. would have liked alittle more welcome or friendliness from staff. I dont think it's a 4 star hotel though
