  Great location but pack lightly

  Liked: Proximity to the metro and cafe’s

  Disliked: The room was exceptionally small. Their chrome cast function did not work neither did the heated towel rack. We called the front desk to let them know but they were not able to fix the problem. Some of our items were thrown in the garbage… my Hermes box from my bracelet and my shower cap.

  Beautiful location, great customer service, Highly Recommend!

  Liked: Location was amazing, Hotel was absolutely beautiful! The front desk was so helpful. It was a quick stay and he gave great tips on what we would do in one night. Breakfast the next day was lovely. Highly recommend!

  Disliked: Nothing. Everything was exceptional, for our one night stay.

  Liked: Location stuff amenities very very pleasant The hotel has an excellent location and offers a very comfortable stay. A special thank you to Karl, Adam, and Teresa at the reception desk for their kindness, professionalism, and continuous support. Many thanks as well to Ravi from the concierge team and to all the hotel staff for making our stay so pleasant, comfortable, and safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and look forward to staying here again.
