  Liked: Room was big and comfortable. Super clean. Staff were very helpful

  Disliked: Just be awade that some of the rooms have to walk upstairs and not just the elevator. I'm fine with it but didn't realize when booking. I would still recommend this hotel.

  A boutique gem

  Liked: Excellent location. Calm relaxed atmosphere. Easy to connect to personal streaming services on the TV. The gym was comfortable and well equipped.

  Disliked: A small thing but the hair conditioner in the shower was lumpy and would not come out of the bottle. The website and booking information did not explain that they also have a wellness area with gym, steam room and sauna, so I did not bring clothing in order to use them.

  Liked: the location is excellent if one is looking to be close to the Grand Palais. the bed is very comfortable and the hot water was plentiful.

  Disliked: the breakfast is not good. very basic. there was no service even for hot drinks at the tables without going into the strange room with the basic offerings of a semi buffet. previously when the hotel was hotel ministiere, the breakfast was great. fresh orange juice machine etc. I would not recommend the hotel based on the breakfast. the carpet in our room was dirty and stained. the door between the bathroom and bedroom was broken so there was no privacy.

  it did the job but not a place I wanted to hang out in

  Liked: I really appreciated staff! -- friendly and helpful; generally a well appointed room; the eco-friendly efforts in the hotel; the location was great

  Disliked: hot breakfast items were not appealing; perhaps due to rehabbing, lots of things left in hallway and stairwell; no place to hang towels in bathroom; no suitcase stand

  Arrived to construction site

  Liked: Large bathroom, nice shower, room was clean.

  Disliked: No forewarning that the hotel is a building site under construction, to access the rooms you had to walk through the construction area. Main hotel toilet was a room full of building materials
