Fabulous
Liked: Good location. Next to metro
Disliked: Space was too tight for us
Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Even allowed me to watch the SA v NZ rugby game at the bar! Location was great - across the road from metro, with a nice bakery and cafe next door.
Disliked: They call themselves a 4 star hotel. This is definately not the case. At most, a three star. Because they call themselves a 4-star hotel, we had to pay additional Tourist Tax which we weren't aware of. The air con in the room didn't work (was so hot), so had to keep window open which could get quite noisy. The bathroom towels were also more of 1-star quality than a 4-star hotel...
Fantastic, would definitely stay again
Liked: The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful, they couldn’t have been better. The location was great, late night restaurant next door, a tabac on the other side and a metro across the road.

Good hotel for a short stay when connecting between trains or flights
Liked: Relatively close to the stations gare de Lyon and gare d’Austerlitz, staff was friendly and supportive
Disliked: It could have been a bit cleaner and the door locks in our room didn’t work properly and looked like someone had tried to break in previously
Liked: Great and very welcoming staff, appreciated the room and the side view of the Seine. Downstairs restaurants and cafes were great and the hotel was located close to the metro so easy to get to other places in Paris or nice for a walk along the river
