  Liked: Staff are polite

  Disliked: Room was full of dirt and not clean with sticky stains in the sofa leather. Carpets smelled very bad. No temperature controls on the room. The room was sooo hot

  Disliked: The room lacked the light, at the washbasin light was not working, no side table on the other side of the bed, shower not functioning properly many of it's holes were blocked. Drilling work in afternoon, at my child's nap time. Staff rude, no help to take our luggage until room, specially when my husband checked alone with child, his pram, 3 suitcases and 1 hand luggage. We sat for breakfast and while we were eating they already started removing items from the table. We paid 22 euros per person for breakfast and it was really average. The staff lacked basic coutesy. Had to give our information twice at reception, staff lacked co ordination. Won't recommend and won't book again.
