Nice and close to the train station but the facilities are ordinary and the rooms are way too hot

Liked: It was close to the train station and the staff were friendly.

Disliked: The sink was blocked and the water could not drain. It was disgusting. There was no top sheet and the doona was way too hot. The room was set on a heat temperature and could not be changed to make it cooler. It was boiling and made it incredibly uncomfortable.

    Terrible

Disliked: I was shocked and surprised for a 4star hotel you’d expect the room to be more spacious but the rooms were worse than 2 star hotel.. the sizes of the rooms were super tiny for two persons almost no space… not worth the value, additionally the concierge service was terrible… for eg it’s common service that concierge picks up the luggage for check out, but they refused..my partner had a birthday plan settlement for me planned with the hotel.. he tried several times to contact them, they barely respond and if they do they didn’t meet the expectations.. it was extremely disappointing! And they were never clear on the deposit of the hotel required additionally the amount he had to pay for the hotel room decoration. I will never set my foot there again or recommend it to anyone

Overall we had a good stay in Paris at the hotel which is about 2 mile from city centre

Liked: The room was clean and maid service every day

Disliked: The room was cold and this was rectified after speaking to reception which gave us a portable heater straight away but they were unable to do anything about the hot water. Water was warm not hot which was disappointing falter a day sightseeing in the wind and rain.

    Staff are less than helpful

    Liked: Looked modern and clean

Disliked: Staff wanted to charge to sit in the bar even though we had bought a drink, popped out of the bar and back in and got asked to leave. Then the hotel let us check out, stored our bags but wanted to charge €5 after 1200h and even though we went back to get the bags they had told Booking.com we left without paying! They let me check out and never mentioned it, they had seen my credit card on checking in albeit the girl said she was new so obviously a mistake was made. Then they were quite rude when I stood their questioning the matter. I was trying to pay.

Liked: Great stay with perfect transport links! • Location: Unbeatable location right next to Gare Montparnasse. Extremely convenient for Metro connections, airport buses, and exploring Paris easily. • Room: Modern, clean, and comfortable. Quiet at night with great bedding for a solid rest after a day in the city. • Breakfast: Delicious buffet with fresh French pastries and a great variety to start the day. Highly recommended for family trips!
