  Liked: Very comfortable bed. Great clean shower. Extra pillows.

  Small and overpriced

  Disliked: Small compact room. Body wash had run out No shampoo. When informed about the blocked bathroom sink, the reception staff told us that there was nothing they could do about it.

  Warning: Do NOT stay in this hotel if you want a hot shower

  Disliked: This hotel did not have hot water. Do not stay here if you want a hot shower. I reserved a room at New Hotel Gare Du Nord. When checking in, I was told I'm in the wrong hotel and my booking is at Hotel Richmond next door. I paid extra for a room with a view of the station when making my booking. Instead, I got a room in a different hotel, with no view of the station.

  Liked: Reasonable size room. Breakfast was good.

  Disliked: Lift stops mid floor, interesting trying to manoeuvre luggage from lift onto narrow stairs
