  Friendly and helpful staff. Room good and clean, but very noisy, very early in the morning

  Disliked: Very noisy room. Of course it is on a busy road but a hotel at this price/market level should account for this with appropriate glazing, etc.

  Good and close to train

  Liked: Room nice

  Disliked: Charged more than booking listed for suite and for early check in. Ended up 222 more than what we already paid

  not as confortable as other MH hotels, room very small and staff was not that kind as it should be

  Liked: great location, but very expensive for what it offers. Room is very small and not confortable as expected. i have been in other NH hotels and this one did not meet my expectations

  Disliked: comfort, noice, cleanless and price/performance.

  I paid cash when my debit card declined on getting backed home I got an alert of debit on my card

  A comfortable businesslike hotel close to main stations. There are probably cheaper more characterful options nearby

  Liked: Very convenient for Gare de L’Est and Gare du Nord and a short walk from shops and restaurants.

  Disliked: The welcome from the concierge was not warm (though much friendlier on departure!).

  Disliked: Didn't like the guy from the cleaning department, after dropping off towels to a room, he pressed most of the buttons in elevator, not funny at all.
