  Liked: Freshly renovated, so the rooms had brand new fixtures and furniture. Great location to the train station, with in 5-10 min walk.

  Would not stay here again. Rude staff

  Liked: The location was good, less than 5 minute walk to Gare Du Nord train station. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby as well as shops. Bathroom was clean and walk in shower was great.

  Disliked: The staff were rude and sarcastic to everything we asked. One of the staff in particular was racist when talking about pick pockets in central Paris. The hotel was dirty, the rooms were tired and I found the bed was extremely uncomfortable and did not feel clean. There was no bottled water provided in the room and when I asked a member of staff he replied with just drink the tap water or order it on uber eats. I asked for an iron in my room as I needed it and was told it would be sent up. This didn’t happen. Also no elevator access so be careful if you have heavy bags. It was very loud at night while trying to sleep and could hear people talking loudly in the corridors as well as the rooms next door. Room was extremely hot when heating was turned on and then when off it would be extremely cold, I don’t think temperature control worked properly. For €209 for one night I feel I was totally ripped off and will never stay at this hotel again. It felt almost like a back packers hostel.

  Not worth for this price

  Liked: Staff is helpful and friendly

  Disliked: Bathroom waste pipes are exposed under sink and very dirty. Shower enclosure is moving out during the shower and water is spreading around. In geneneral room is not clean. The hotel is very old and need refurbishment. The location is not safe. The price that you paid is making your expectations high but overall it is disappointment.

  Liked: Cozy front garden to rest from the buzzing city. Extremely comfortable mattress

  Disliked: Even though we arranged an early breakfast and spoke with the staff so all 4 of us could eat together, there wasn't a system or enough tables to accommodate our group. We ended up squeezed into a very tight spot, which was disappointing since it was our last meal together. On top of that, the breakfast quality was lacking. If you want great coffee and croissants, you’re much better off walking out of the hotel, turning left, and going directly across the big street to an amazing local cafe!
