  Very dissapointing

Liked: Water on tap in the entrance area, decent Wifi

Disliked: On arrival to the hotel after booking 2 single beds in one room i was greated with that is incorrect until proof of my booking was confirmed, after 20 minutes of waiting around, i was given two cards for two rooms for one night, no directions to rooms, i had booked for two, so going to bed with the uncertainity of transfering all our belongings the following morning was not ideal, on arriving into both rooms, one room in particular was very cold, run down carpet, no cups for a tea/coffee the following morning, a poor selection of tea bags, a grubby carpet and a shower that worked but each time i had to hold the shower head as it fell off twice and hit my back and then foot, the following morning we went downstairs to ask about the rooms, they kindly said we could keep both rooms at no extra cost and we could have breakfast, that was already included

Liked: Polite and helpful staff. Cleanliness. Quiet room. Air Conditioning.

Disliked: Small lift for larger people, and having to use this to get water for the room.
