  Perfect

  Liked: Friendly staff at reception, free, I was pleasantly surprised to find a vending machine offering free coffe, tea and water.

  Disliked: Black mould in all the bathrooms, furniture broken & pets allowed which meant a dog barking all night

  The services quality does not match the price

  Liked: Location

  Disliked: Broken rooms, mold everywhere, really small rooms (the photos are made on a fisheye lense), the balcony is terribly small and feels unsafe, the personnel doesn't clean, break into room without knocking, doesn't clean garbage bins, the prepaid breakfasts are poor, whoever gets there first eats it all, really poor choice, late checkout is extra paid. Avoid at all costs.

  Disliked: The hotel was beautiful, and overall, I had a great experience. The facilities were excellent, and most of the staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. However, one Arabic-speaking receptionist was not very welcoming, and the service I received from him was disappointing. On the other hand, the rest of the staff were amazing and did their best to help. Thank you to the team for their excellent service!
