  Comfortable

Liked: We liked the location, there was no noise. We only stayed here for one night so there was no issue for us at all. There were towels, great TV, nice shower. Not much going on in the room because it was quite small

Disliked: A bit more expensive than I’d expect for a room so small

Liked: The room was small, but it was big enough for my daughter and me. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the train station, cafes, and shops, and the staff is friendly. I was pleased to find free croissants and water at the entrance

Disliked: The room is a bit pricey for these conditions. The sheets and towels had stains, and worst of all, I found bite marks on my daughter this morning. I’m afraid they might be bed bugs, and I’m worried we might have brought them home… I hope the hotel will take steps to inspect the room.

  Excellent stay

Liked: The property was clean and comfortable, lovely staff, the location felt safe and was close to the metro so getting around Paris was easy.

Disliked: The room and lift was small especially with luggage, but expected for Paris.

  Cozy

Liked: The staff was wonderful. They were friendly and helpful. We do not speak French. I was so thankful that they spoke very clear English.

Disliked: It's not so much that I didn't like it, it was just challenging. The stairs were very narrow and winding. I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. There was an elevator. It was the smallest elevator I have ever seen. It was smaller than my shower at home 😀 Bringing out suitcases to our room was challenging. We aren't terribly big people, and it was TIGHT
