  Delightful stay in Pullman Bercy

Liked: Beautiful hotel close to a nice village /shopping area. We stayed in a family connecting room. The kids loved the ping pong table and fuse-ball. Really good memory foam pillows!

Disliked: A little bit out of the city but very close to the metro.

Terrible customer service. I expected more from a Pullman hotel

Liked: One bed was broken and as we got back late and only staying one night we communicated via email while checking out. It took weeks for a response and currently still ongoing.

Disliked: Broken bed meant everyone in the family room (5 of us) had the worst night sleep!
