A Warm, Discreet, Pet-Friendly Welcome and Breakfast in Bed!
Liked: Perfect Location, the staff was incredibly nice! One of the ladies working there was a veterinarian and even gave us some great tips for our dog. The French really know how to make you feel welcome!
Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, perfectly located
Disliked: I may have had the smallest room in the hotel. It did feel small
A lot of thought has gone into making this historic property comfortable and practical in the 21st c
Liked: We knew the rooms in Paris would be small, and this one was not big but the space was well used and we were very comfortable. There was no breakfast room, but the room service breakfast tray was so convenient, even better than a buffet. The room service dinner we had was also very convenient and the food was good. Each staff member was gracious and helpful with excellent English. We had a very good experience
Disliked: The lighting could have been better, but wasn’t really a problem. I loved having a bathtub for relaxing after the long flight.
Excellent, loved it
Liked: Location Very clean and lovely staff
Disliked: Pillows on bed were all European pillows, would have been nice to have a standard pillow for sleeping.
The staff here are all friendly and helpful
Liked: The hotel is within close walking distance to many sights. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We had a room with 3 twin beds. It was very cramped. No place for luggage for 3 people.
