Disliked: Disappointing Stay – Poor Facilities, Maintenance, and Cleanliness Unfortunately, my stay at Residhome Paris Opéra was a disappointing experience. The facilities were in poor condition and clearly in need of better maintenance. The elevator was not working to the second floor, which was very inconvenient. The studio room was also extremely small and cramped, making the stay less comfortable than expected. Housekeeping definitely needs improvement, as the cleanliness was not up to standard. There was even hair left in the bathroom sink, which was quite unpleasant. Another major issue was the inconsistent water supply. The water would unexpectedly stop running in both the bathroom and kitchen sinks, and sometimes even in the shower, for no apparent reason. Overall, the experience was frustrating and uncomfortable. Considering the price and expectations for this type of accommodation in Paris, I expected much better standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort.

Disliked: Needed to put more variety of cheese in breakfast and better coffee brand. Otherwise, breakfast and people doing the service are very helpful and kind
