  Not the best to stay in Paris

  Liked: Really like only the position of the hotel, but besides that no good. Everything at the Hotel so expensive and the quality is not the best, they need to be more helpful with the customers

  Disliked: Very bad customer services, we approaching to the hotel at 11.45 and of curse the check in we understand will be at 3.00pm the lates, they promised they will call us, the phone number register was correct, so no casualties, but we never received any phone call, after that, we have to go and get by our self the carry on, because they never handle to us or to the room.

  Excellent, classy and exquisite

  Clean, comfortable, pricey!

  Liked: I enjoyed the room and included breakfast. The room was spacious compared to other European hotel rooms. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly.

  Disliked: The price of the room per night was very expensive. I stayed here for one night because it was the Hotel Viking used to. I ate at the hotel restaurant once. One scoop of ice cream was 15 euro.

  A comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location

  Liked: Great location, very clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very convenient for exploring Paris.

  Disliked: Nothing in particular. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

  Mostly great:)

  Liked: I’ll start with what was a bit disappointing, might not disappoint everyone, but did not work for us. 1. No bottled water in the room. They ask you to fill your glass or jug from the bathroom tap after pressing the ‘filter’ button on this random block that sits in the sink. They say it’s for environmental reasons which is fine but it’s a bit mid rate hotel and not really 5 star. My issue was partly to do with the bathroom being quite dated and didn’t feel like a nice place to get my drinking water from. To be fair, I did grumble about it to reception and was given bottled water. 2. We stayed in 626 and the bathroom was quite small and not very modern at all. Very clean but could do with revamp. Maybe other rooms had renovated bathroom. 3. Breakfast room had no windows (-1 floor) and the ground floor bar/restaurant area seemed like it could have been used for breakfast as it doesn’t open until midday. 4. Welcome gift for All Accor Platinum wasn’t hugely inspiring. Just a small fruit selection. The good stuff. 1. Staff, especially the bar staff, were very friendly, capable and professional. Staff on the door offered a warm greeting every time and humoured us with our bad French. 2. The breakfast selection was very good and also available to order some items à la cate. 3. Very good cocktails in the bar and reasonable prices. 4. Location of the hotel is very good.

The "Bar du Scribe" is open every day from 12:00 until 00:00.

The "Café Scribe" is open from monday to friday from 08:00 until 15:00.
