  Lots of relaxation

  Liked: The place is characterized by its tranquility and excellent location, being close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées.

  Disliked: The place lacks recreational activities, the spaces are very cramped, and the breakfast offers only a few items that don't cater to the needs of different nationalities.

  Liked: The location was excellent and very convenient. The hotel was also very clean, and we were happy with the housekeeping and cleanliness throughout our stay.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing despite the excellent location and cleanliness. We had originally booked a Junior Suite for two adults and our two children, aged 8 and 3. Upon arrival, the hotel insisted that we had to upgrade to a Prestige Suite because we were a family of four, so we were required to pay for the upgrade. After upgrading, we were given room 301, but unfortunately the air conditioning was not functioning properly. It would only work for around three hours and then stop. The room became extremely hot, especially during the night, and both we and our children were sweating while sleeping. This made our stay very uncomfortable. We contacted the hotel several times during our stay and repeatedly informed them about the AC problem. Each time, we were told that someone would come to fix it, but unfortunately, no one came and the issue was never resolved. It was particularly disappointing to be required to pay for an upgrade and then spend our stay in a room without properly functioning air conditioning, despite reporting the problem multiple times.

  A wonderful French hotel in the heart of Paris

  Liked: A beautiful 5 star hotel five minutes from the Arch. The hotel team could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I highly recommend this property to those who seek an immaculately clean, very well run boutique hotel.

  A wonderful respite from the heat

  Liked: Our stay was in the middle of the extreme heat in Paris. The hotel was cool and accommodating. The staff very helpful. The room was well appointed. The bed comfortable in the shower terrific during the heat.
