  Perfect location!

  Liked: Location was excellent near metro and central train station. Personel was really kind and helpful. Room was small but it was fine due to location.

  Disliked: Cleaning was not adequate, there were instances that the room was not fully cleaned, e.g.the cleaning lady once left the garbage bag on the sink or the floor was left uncleaned and the duvet had dust. Moreover the bottle of soap was not functioning. In general, only the cleaning was poor.

  Disliked: The hotel refunded me $208, but a week after we checked out, they charged the same amount back to my card without even notifying me. Could you please explain why this happened? I would like to request a refund of the $208.

  Liked: Excellent location. Comfortable room. Friendly welcome. Good value for Paris

  Disliked: Decor is a little tired now. Asked for the (offered) large bed but didn't get it. Safe in room not working.

  Liked: Nothing much to like the cleaning staff and breakfast was good.

  Disliked: Some of the staff members were not helpful, they never checked if the room was ready before allocations to me I had to come althea way with my luggage after a very tiring train journey to sort things out at the reception. No water bottle in the room I was asked to go down to collect my water from the filter No coffee cup only paper cup No coffee only tea bags Water stopped whilst I was in the shower Overall it was terrible and it didn't come cheap No one to help with luggage carrier as well

  Brilliant Hotel

  Liked: The staff were excellent and so accommodating, best experience in a hotel for customer service. The location was great so close to the metro and the room was very clean.

  Disliked: The window had a gap even when shut so it could be noisy at times in the morning with bin collections.
