  Liked: The location was great.

Disliked: The breakfast is a sham. Don’t get it included with your stay. Much better places right next door. It was always cold and lacklustre

Liked: We only realized once we arrived that the hotel is located in a great part of the city, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and professional.

Disliked: The breakfast could be improved, as there wasn’t much choice, especially when it came to eggs and bacon. The coffee could also be better, as it wasn’t very good. The sliding bathroom door was quite difficult to open and close.

Very helpful staff (24 hr) at a reasonably priced, comfortable hotel in a very convenient location

Liked: The location was perfect (short walk from the Louvre). As I knew that Paris was going to be much hotter than normal during my visit, I made it a point to select a hotel with air conditioning, and their AC was very, very good. Breakfast was pretty good, hot scrambled eggs and ham, plus various breads, yoghurt, fruit, cold cuts, coffee/juice, etc. The staff were very, very helpful, going well beyond their normal duties.

Disliked: Cereal would be a nice addition to breakfast.
